Most orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse in British Columbia. Products shipped directly from the designer or manufacturer via alternate shipping methods will be clearly outlined in their product descriptions.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to the US.
Do you bill my credit card in US or Canadian dollars?
Your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars.

Our shipping fees are based on your total order amount before taxes.The

You can track your order status by using the Canada Post Delivery Confirmation number provided for your order. Once the carrier has processed the shipment you will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation number via email that will allow you to track your package's progress.
For Canadian orders you can expect your package to arrive within 2 to 7 business days to most major cities. For example, if you are located in B.C. you should receive your order in 2 business days. If you are in Ontario, you should receive your order within 5-6 business days.
How do I return or exchange my order?
To return or exchange your order please email returns@pinkyandcompany.com with your order number and your request. We will provide you with detailed return/exchange instructions.
Can I pickup my order (no shipping)?
Our shipping facility does not accept customer walk-ins. We do however offer fast shipping locally, typically within 2 business days.
Do you offer express shipping?
