• 30 Day Return Policy - You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your order for a complete refund. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise. Please email us or call us to obtain a return authorization #. Returns will not be processed without this authorization number.
• 100% Refund* - We will refund your purchase price including the original shipping fees you have paid.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order
To return or exchange your order please email returns@pinkyandcompany.com with your order number and your request. We will provide you with detailed return/exchange instructions.

• Skincare products and items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Furniture returns or exchanges are subject to a $25 re-stocking fee per item.
• Products must be in like-new condition with original packaging.
• For items that are defective, please contact us immediately to obtain a product replacement.
• For returns, your credit card will be credited once we have received the product. The credit will be applied by your credit card company within 1-2 billing cycles.
